Awarded this project by FCL Builders at the very end of the paving season, Gallagher stepped up to the plate and met the challenge of uncooperative weather, the Thanksgiving holiday break, and an extremely short window of time to complete. Due to the expertise and professionalism of the Construction Department and our equipment resources, we were able to allocate 2 paving crews to work in unison to complete the project on-time and on-budget.
