Improvement of Flossmoor Road consisted of milling the surface to a depth of 1.5″, repairing the existing surface with pavement patching and Hot-in-Place pavement recycling, poly level binder, 1.5″ asphalt surface course as well as guardrail removal, sidewalk relocation, storm drain and culvert installation, restoration of the parkway with topsoil, and striping signage protection.
